Managing Partner, Array Education
Norman Atkins is the Managing Partner of Array Education, an innovation studio. A leader in US public education reform over three decades, Atkins founded many NGOs, including Uncommon Schools, a leading charter school network; Relay GSE, a pathbreaking grad school training thousands of teachers and principals; and Zearn, a comprehensive digital math curriculum reaching one quarter of the nation’s elementary students. He also chairs Merit America, which trains under-credited, low-wage adults for better paying jobs and careers in the tech sector. He holds an M.A. Columbia University Teachers College and a BA and an honorary doctorate from Brown University.
