Cognitive Scientist, Professor in The Graduate School of Business, Kyung Hee University
Sangkyun Kim has explored cognitive science, educational engineering, industrial engineering, and robotics. He is currently working as a professor in the Graduate School of Business, Kyung Hee University. His research focuses on the human mind. He studies gamification, which utilizes fun and feedback to move the human mind, and metaverse, which creates experiences that transcend time and space. He has conducted various projects with Samsung, Hyundai, LG, SK, and Mercedes-Benz. He is an outside director of Galaxy Corporation, Game Culture Foundation, Lotte Data Communication Company, and CJ Sharing Foundation, and his major books include Evolving Humanity, Metaverse, Brain Tour, and Game Humanity.

Artificial intelligence is simultaneously changing the way we see ourselves and the way we see others and the world. More than just a tool, it is moving the human mind and heart to another level. We have reached a stage where human-made tools are evolving human beings. This presentation will explore what is changing for learners in this context and how education systems need to change accordingly.
